Who is the Manifest Community?
We are all artists. You. I. Artists of our own lives. Artists of the communal tapestries we co-create together.
We are a pool of talented, skilled individuals in diverse fields and disciplines in healing arts/alternative healing, holistic living, environmental sustainability, performance entertainment, fine arts, political/social activism, media, film and photography, food and nutrition, gardening.
What we have accomplished ... so far:
We have collectively, financially and spiritually, sustained our community through hosting gatherings, workshops and dance parties, theatrical events, under the collective banners of Manifest Collective and Frolick.
Since the relinquishing of our previous community space, Radiolaria (Dundas and Ossington), the void of a safe creative space has been stimulating us to manifest a new central hub; one that is more functional and suitable to the community's needs and potentials.
By that we mean a place to offer regularly scheduled classes, workshops, formal lectures, rehearsals, theatrical productions and dance parties, community general meetings; providing a multidisciplinary artist studio space to co-create, collaborate experimentally.
